BookWatch searches the iBookStore® and iTunes Store® for you and notifies you when there are new book and audiobook releases from your favorite authors.

To get started, just tap the add button and start entering an author's name. Adding authors is a breeze with author suggestions. BookWatch downloads the author's entire book and audiobook catalog and displays their latest release.

After you've added all your favorite authors, tap the refresh button to check for new releases. When new books or audiobooks are found, BookWatch will notify you and display them. New releases are also saved in memory for later reference.

Tap the refresh button any time you want to check for new releases. Tap the bookmark button to view saved new releases.

Tap the edit button to change which authors BookWatch should check for. Tap the add button to start adding authors to BookWatch.

Tap any author to view all of the author's books and audiobooks available in the iBookstore®.

Tap any book or audiobook to view a summary or open it in the iBooks or iTunes apps.

BookWatch is enhanced to take advantage of the iCloud to permanently save your author list.

This means two things. First, your author list will be synchronized between any devices with the same Apple ID. In other words, add an author to BookWatch on your iPhone, and the author will automatically be added to BookWatch on your iPad. Second, your author list will be saved even if you delete the app from your device. The next time BookWatch is installed, your author list will be automatically be restored with the copy saved in the iCloud.
